Shared responsibility
Since 1 July 2011, the responsibility for official statistics on the state of the groundwater environment is shared by the Swedish Environmental Protection Agency and the Swedish Agency for Marine and Water Management. The Swedish EPA is responsible for official statistics related to environmental pollutants in groundwater.
