Permits and notifications covered by the Services Directive

In order to sell services you may require different types of permits, exemptions or certificates. You may also have to submit a notification. Swedish Environmental Protection Agency deal with permits to decontaminate equipment containing PCB, and with exemptions from the national parks regulations.

The Services Directive (2006/123/EC) is a EU Directive with the aim to facilitate the free movement of services and the exercise of the freedom of establishment for service providers.
